Is this a website company or an app?
ProBizMate brings both together. Website building is part of the full product picture, alongside enquiries, quotes, jobs and invoices. The website is the front door; the app helps with the work behind it.
Do I have to use everything?
The direction is useful individual tools and packages. Start with the part of running the business that needs help. General paid plans are still being finalised.
I already have a website. Do I have to start again?
An existing website can remain part of your business. The goal is to connect the front door with the work behind it. Available connections depend on the website and the configured workspace.
Will this send things or make decisions without me?
You stay in charge of your prices, commitments and what is said about your business. Drafts and publishing approvals are part of the product. Reminders and automations use permissions and configured settings.
Where do I get started?
Use See the app to open ProBizMate. Current account access uses sign-in and invitations. General self-service onboarding is still being prepared.
What does it cost?
General paid plans and module prices are being finalised. Opening the app does not create a paid subscription. Plan prices, inclusions and terms will be available before purchase.
Is this just for businesses with regular rounds?
Regular rounds are an important part of the JobDiary side, but the website service, quoting and invoicing are also relevant to project and call-out trades. We check the fit with your working day rather than assume one system suits every trade.
Will it connect to WhatsApp, Google or my accounts software?
Those connections must be checked individually. Some providers and advanced integrations are still in development or restricted to configured pilots. We will name the supported connection and demonstrate it before including it in your scope. A CSV accountant handover is not the same as a live accounting software connection.

Does the app build my website automatically?
Website building is part of the ProBizMate service and product direction. Today we plan, write, build and review the website with you. Website updates have been developed for a configured pilot, but we do not advertise a general instant website builder or an automatic connection to every customer site.
